To be part of our community, you will need to create a user account. This means we will need to collect and store some of your personal information, to be able to provide you with our service. Any information you give to us, or we collect about you, we will act as the data controller. We will process your information as outlined within this policy.
We offer the service to you without charge because we are funded by advertisers and businesses in return for introducing to you, their services and products. Your information will never be shared with them. If your interests and hobbies match their business appetite, we will share their adverts with you. You are under no obligation to access their sites.

Yooblr is a public social platform, so information you post, share and comment on will be visible to other service users as well as your own communities. We use more than one service to back up your information. All your information, with the exception of your online chat history is stored within Amazon Web Solutions and held in a region local to you. Your online chat history is stored within Google Firebase. All information kept by my Yooblr, in and out of our service providers is encrypted at rest and in transit.

We have strict security measures in place so that we can, as much as reasonably possible, restrict any unauthorised access or disclosure of your information. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, such as emails containing information about you.
We will keep your information until it is no longer necessary to provide the service. If your user account remains live, we will need to continue to store your information throughout its lifecycle. You have the ability to delete your own content such as, your chat history, individual chats and post.
You are able to leave our community and close your account. Please note that this will not erase any information from within, and will still be available when you next log in.
You can request we delete your information. This will be assessed on a case by case basis dependent on the type of data held and our reasons for processing it. We will always provide you with an explanation, if we are unable to fully delete your records.
